Delivery/Dispatch
We will aim to dispatch in 1 to 2 working days ( Monday to Friday). Orders recieved Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday
Postage
Free postage via Royal Mail 48h tracked postage on orders over £30 (restrictions may apply. Large items or items which are restricted by Royal Mail may incur additional charges. This will be explained on the item description page
Ordera under £30 will be charged at the following
Up to 2kg £3.75
2kg + £5.25
Tubed items £5.25

Returns
If you wish to return any item, you have 14 days from when you recieve the item to notify us.
If you wish to cancel after the item has been dispatched, you will have pay the return postage charge.
If the returned goods are not returned in the same condition as recieved, we withhold the right to deduct 25% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright
Damaged/Faulty Items
In the event that any of your items are recieved faulty or there has been a mistake in your order, you have 14 days from when you recieve your ordee to notify us
If we dont hear from you after 14 days, we assume your order has been recieved in good order
If Noah's Hobby Shack hear from you in the allotted time regarding the defective item you will qualify for a replacement or refund on the item has been returned and recieved by us, complete with your order number.
The item(s) must still be in the same condition in which it was recieved
